Getting fit is hard work., especially when you’re stuck at home or in the office. So your workout needs to be fun, varied and challenging to keep you interested. Start looking forward to training, not dreading it!
Boxing is just one tool I use to help you achieve your fitness goals. My experience both as a personal trainer and as a competing boxer myself has taught me the benefits of variety in exercise; offering online training during the lockdown has also taught me that a surprising amount of these techniques transfer very well from gym work to online instruction. I know not everyone has access to exercise equipment or even a lot of space at home, but a little creativity on my part means you need not miss the gym – or the endorphins! From deep yoga stretches to callisthenics through to HIIT, no two sessions will be the same but always with the same goal – a fitter, stronger, happier you.
The recent measures to combat COVID-19 have taught us all that exercise is quite simply one of the finest forms of stress relief we have! Regular exercise sessions train both mind and body; every week you learn something new, push a little further and feel so much better for it.

Single 30 Minute Virtual Training Session: £20.00
10 x 30 Minute Virtual Training Sessions: £150.00
Single 1 hour Virtual Training Session: £35.00
5 x 1 hour Virtual Training Sessions: £150.00
